Since 2021, she’s been dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals and improve their body composition. Her approach is centred around adapting to each individual’s needs, adjusting techniques for optimal results, and building trusting connections with every member, while still maintaining a fun environment!
With a Cert 3 and 4 in fitness, she is committed to ongoing learning and staying at the forefront of fitness to deliver the best possible results for clients. Whether you’re new to the gym or an experienced athlete, Rachael is here to support and guide you on your fitness journey.
